No Baby yet
We're still waiting on the baby to get here. She's a few days late...maybe tonight though. If the baby does come tonight it wouldn't surprise me. After church this evening, our road was blocked off because of a fire somewhere down the street. I asked the police officer to let us drive down to our house, but even after hearing my wife was 3 days past her due date, she still had no mercy. She ended up making Melissa walk down the street while I parked our car a few blocks away at a friend's house. So, if the Melissa goes into labor in the middle of the night, I will have some walking to do before I can get her in the car to go to the hospital. Even if that does happen, I will not complain, and neither will Melissa. We are ready for this baby to get here.

While I am here, I might as well mention that we have finished up our series on the sermon on the mount for now, and are picking back up in Ephesians. At Christ the King, we preach on a trinitarian schedule - Father, Son, Holy Spirit - Who is God? Who is Jesus? How do we live the Christian life? - Since it is after Easter, we are entering the Holy Spirit portion of the year. This week's sermon "A worth life" is the beginning of the second half of Ephesians.
